♦ The waste container is a rigid frame welded with reinforced beams and high-strength steel.
♦ Side panels are formed from single whole plates with no longitudinal welding seams via cold bending technology with large-radius corners, eliminating fatigue failure risks of traditional spliced welds.
♦ Advanced welding between floor and side walls prevents liquid leakage.
♦ A large-capacity sewage tank at the front bottom collects wastewater to avoid spillage.
♦ The body features light weight, excellent stress resistance and anti-deformation performance.

▣ Ejector Blade Assembly:
♦ Constructed with rectangular steel tube frame and bent plates.

⚙ Ⅳ. Work Principle For Garbage Read Loader:
The HOWO garbage truck bodies kit can withstand up to 12 tons of vertical pressure during compression operations, significantly extending its service life. The loader assembly utilizes a multi-stage hydraulic linkage design. The slide and scraper assembly are driven by a Fujian Shanyou hydraulic cylinder, utilizing a single Wanye pump system for continuous compression, ensuring a single cycle time of under 30 seconds. The hydraulic system innovatively utilizes a dual-pump redundant configuration: the primary pump handles the truck's lifting and rear door opening and closing, while the secondary pump provides dedicated movement for the compression pusher. This division of labor ensures rapid compaction of 8-10 cubic meters of garbage while also preventing unintended slippage during lifting thanks to a two-way balancing valve.

The electronic control system integrates a Siemens PLC and a German Eaton operating panel, supporting one-touch operation from the cab, manual control from the rear, and wireless remote control. Its photoelectric sensing technology automatically identifies the position of the loader, ensuring that the hydraulic mechanism operates within a safe range. The sewage collection system utilizes a dual-tank design, with the primary tank located below the loader and the secondary tank integrated into the chassis frame. These systems are connected by sealed pipes to create negative pressure diversion, and, combined with imported EPDM sealing strips, achieve 100% leachate recovery.
